from moon promising candidates saying, \u201cVote for me!\u201d<\/p>\n
No more fear mongering persuasions in between songs<\/p>\n
assuming I\u2019m ignorant or a total moron.<\/p>\n
No more mud-slinging mailers claiming fraud to detox<\/p>\n
poor trees dying an unnoble death to fill my mailbox.<\/p>\n
No more \u201cAnonymous\u201d and \u201cUnavailable\u201d incessant phone ringing<\/p>\n
making me jump out of the shower interrupting my singing.<\/p>\n
(But it is fun just to mess<\/p>\n
and answer, \u201cNo hablo Ingl\u00e9s.\u201d)<\/p>\n
I\u2019m ready for the campaign trail<\/p>\n
to quit jamming up my SPAM box email.<\/p>\n
Bombarded with Yes or No on propositions<\/p>\n
tired of people wanting my vote or knowing my decisions.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t care if you vote Ryan or Biden<\/p>\n
I\u2019m just ready to come out of hidin\u2019.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t care if you pick Romney or Obama\u00a0<\/p>\n
I\u2019m just sick of the political drama.<\/p>\n
So go cast your vote! Make it all end!<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t care to the White House the person you send!<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t tell me on Facebook, don\u2019t Twitter it, please!<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t care what political party is the bees knees!<\/p>\n
Step out America! Go make it stop!<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t care which candidate you want on top.<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t need to hear qualifications, I don\u2019t want to know bios<\/p>\n
(Because in the end, it only matters if you\u2019re from Ohio).<\/p>\n
When I wake up tomorrow I want it to be done<\/p>\n
I\u2019ll embrace whichever person has won.<\/p>\n
USA will still be great, our future still bright<\/p>\n
We\u2019ll still have all our freedoms and all of our rights.<\/p>\n
Because not matter which chad dangles by a name,<\/p>\n
Unless you vote \u2013 you don\u2019t have the right to complain.<\/p>\n
